Southbound Loop 303 closed in Goodyear
Northbound Loop 101 closed at Northern Ave. in Glendale
PHOENIX - Several freeway-improvement projects in the Phoenix area will require closures or lane restrictions in the Phoenix area this weekend (April 11-14). The Arizona Department of Transportation recommends travelers allow extra time and consider alternate routes while the following restrictions are in place:
Southbound Loop 303 closed between Camelback and McDowell roads in Goodyear from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 10 p.m. Sunday (April 13) for rubberized asphalt paving. Closure includes southbound stretch of Cotton Lane between Thomas and McDowell roads. Southbound Loop 303 on-ramp at Indian School Road closed. DETOUR: Southbound Loop 303 traffic will use southbound Citrus Road.
Southbound Loop 303 off-ramp at Indian School Road and southbound on-ramp at Camelback Road closed from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 9 p.m. Monday (April 14) for rubberized asphalt paving. DETOUR: Please use ramps at adjacent cross streets.
Northbound Loop 101 (Agua Fria Freeway) closed between Northern and Olive avenues in Glendale from 11 p.m. Saturday to 1 p.m. Sunday (April 13) for traffic-technology project. Northbound Loop 101 on-ramps at Glendale and Maryland avenues also closed. DETOUR: Traffic can detour along 91st or 99th avenues.
Eastbound Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) narrowed to one lane overnight between Val Vista Drive and Santan Village Parkway in Gilbert from 9 p.m. Friday to 9 a.m. Saturday (April 12) for overhead sign work. DETOUR: Please be prepared to slow down and merge safely in work zone.
Northbound Loop 101 on-ramp at Camelback Road and southbound on-ramp at Bethany Home Road in Glendale closed from 10 p.m. Friday to noon Saturday (April 12) for traffic-technology project. DETOUR: Please use on-ramps at adjacent interchanges.
