PHOENIX -- Vice President Joe Biden arrived in Phoenix Wednesday night, and is scheduled to attend a fundraiser luncheon at the Heard Museum on Central Avenue Thursday.
There will be rolling street closures when Biden leaves his downtown for the Heard Museum. and again when he heads to the Sky Harbor International Airport after the event.
