PHOENIX – Interstate 17 northbound has reopened after a crash forced a closure about seven miles north of New River on Thursday.
The closure was two miles north of Table Mesa Road, at milepost 238.
The crash occurred shortly before noon.
The lanes reopened at about 2:30 p.m. Traffic was backed up a few miles at that time, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
Southbound I-17 was unaffected.
