SR 89 north of Prescott back open after crash

PHOENIX — A crash had closed both directions of State Route 89 between Prescott and Chino Valley, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

A detour was  set up, but drivers were warned to expect delays. Heading northbound from Prescott, the detour followed Pioneer Parkway to Williamson Valley Road, and then to Outer Loop Road at the south end of Chino Valley.

SR 89 reopened just before 9 a.m.
