PHOENIX — Drivers who use US 60 eastbound in the East Valley should expect long delays this afternoon because of a cement truck rollover near Alma School Road, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
The rollover is blocking the right two lanes, which has caused traffic to back up about 2 miles to the Loop 101 interchange. The backup extends to the Loop 101 ramps to eastbound US 60.
Drivers should expect that delays could stretch into the afternoon commute. ADOT advises commuters to consider alternate routes, including the Loop 202 Red Mountain or Loop 202 Santan.
