A father, his son, and son-in-law were found dead at the scene after MCSO deputies and DPS troopers responded to the residence.

Enriquez says a get together involving alcohol was taking place at the home.

According to court documents, witnesses stated that the suspect, identified as Hermelindo Guzman Sanchez, had left the home but came back a short time later and was out of breath.

The three victims approached Sanchez to see what was wrong. Witnesses said after the men approached Sanchez, five to seven gunshots were heard.

The witness said no arguing or words were heard prior to the gunshots. The three victims were pronounced dead on scene.

Enriquez said Sanchez was detained at his home and then arrested after detectives learned he shot and killed the three men.

The investigation is ongoing. Sanchez was booked on three counts of first-degree murder.
