With summer vacation in full swing, it can be hard to stay on track with your diet and exercise.

Scott Keppel of Scott's Training Systems gives tips on getting back on track with your fitness, nutrition and personal development goals.

Keppel says planning workouts, meals and time for your self helps you stay on track, just be sure to stick to your plan!

Taking assessments of yourself and your progress mid week and at the end of the week helps you stay on track.

Find an accountability partner to help each other reach your goals.

If you're pressed for time, Keppel has four moves that will help you get the most out of your workout:

  • Burpees
  • 1 arm clean and press
  • Planks
  • Row/dead lift combo
