What better combination can you get than kittens and yoga?

If you love both then you don't want to miss this adoption event being held by the Arizona Animal Welfare League at the Scottsdale Quarter.

On Saturday, July 28 and Sunday, July 29 the AAWL will host pop-up adoption shops at the Scottsdale Quarter, next to Urban Outfitters from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Just before they open on Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., people can do yoga with kittens for $20. Yes, kittens.

According to AAWL, the summertime is big-time kitten season and Arizona has one of the longest kitten seasons due to its warm climate.

To help find all the kittens homes, the AAWL hosts monthly pop-up adoption shops at the Scottsdale Quarter.

Last year, the AAWL had more than 1,200 kittens come through foster care and more are expected this year.

Right now, AAWL has 50 kittens up for adoption and another 50 who will be coming out of foster care this week.

Adoption fees are $150 and this weekend the shelter is doing a BOGO on kitten adoptions.
