TEMPE, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) -

The Tempe Police Department released new aftermath photos of the deadly self-driving Uber crash on Mill Avenue back in March.

The photos show 49-year-old Elaine Herzberg's bicycle which was struck, along with her while she crossed Mill Avenue outside of a crosswalk.

Police also released the police report which indicates the safety driver, Rafaela Vasquez, was distracted prior to the collision.

Uber has since ended their self-driving program in the Valley.
