Hidden Track Bottle Shop is inspired by numerous conversations with friends and strangers over a glass of wine that asked, "Where did you find this wine?" or, "Where can I get this bottle?"

Owners Craig Dziadowicz and Danielle Middlebrook have a combined 20 years of wine industry experience that includes working in restaurants, wine shops, wine bars, wine distribution, wineries and wine brokerages. This experience has taught them many things about wine, but most importantly, that wine is beautiful, simple, historic and is an agricultural product that should be enjoyed to the fullest.

Just as important, price does not determine quality. They say your palate will tell you what it likes if you don't like it, don't drink it!

Dziadowicz and Middlebrook searched for the right space to create their vision and found the perfect location in the 111 West Monroe building in downtown Phoenix--built in the 1960s.

That's the same decade The Beatles introduced the world to the first "hidden track" on an album. This bit of nostalgia, the location of the shop within the lobby, and the revitalization of the building were a perfect match in creating Hidden Track Bottle Shop.

Like the tracks not listed on an album liner, Hidden Track Bottle Shop offers wines that extend beyond what you'll find in chain retail and grocery stores. If it's on the shelves, the owners tasted it, they love it, and they can't wait to share it with you.

In their first year of business, the folks at Hidden Track Bottle Shop found a flaw in a liquor law that restricted them from being able to "sample" wine without having to jump through hoops and relying on distributors to conduct the "sampling".

The Goldwater Institute heard about the fight and helped find a bill sponsor (Rep T.J. Shope).

They presented the bill in 2016 and it was passed during that session. And now they have the ability to supply "samples" to customers when they please!

Hidden Track Bottle Shop also offers a small cafe with snacks to pair with their wines. The café opens early morning to serve coffee and grab and go breakfast to folks headed to work.

The grilled cheese is served on Noble Bread and the cheese plates present scrumptious cheeses to pair with your new favorite bottle of wine.
