(Meredith) – A 100-year-old woman in San Diego is sharing her secrets to a long and healthy life.

"I've experienced good health," Matilda Curcia said to NBC 7 San Diego. "I have no pain and do my exercises every day. (I) have my beer (and) eat my potato chips. That's about all."

In fact, Curcia said she follows that routine and diet every single day, adding she does eat more than just three potato chips.

She and her neighbor, Mickey, both celebrated their 100th birthdays together this past week, complete with blue, gold, and hot pink balloons.

But what makes their friendship even sweeter is the fact that they’ve been friends for decades and live only four doors down from each other.
