Isho detained the individuals and threatened them with his weapon while telling them that he was a deputy with Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.

MCSO confirmed that Isho is not a deputy. Upon arrest, Isho's credentials with the sheriff's posse were seized by MCSO and he was terminated from the posse.

Isho is charged with one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, one count of kidnapping and one count of impersonating an officer.
