PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) -

Two young men are wanted by police for allegedly assaulting a 34-year-old man with a large knife in Phoenix last month.

According to police, the 34-year-old victim was riding his skateboard westbound on Buckeye Road toward Central Avenue when he was involved in a verbal dispute with two young suspects.

One of the suspects struck the victim with a large knife, possibly a machete, in the neck causing a large laceration.

These two suspects, both believed to be in their 20s, were recorded just prior to the assault attempting to enter a store before realizing it was closed.
