PRESCOTT, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) -

A Prescott man was arrested Saturday on drug charges after seeking treatment for chemical burns he sustained in his home.

According to Yavapai County Sheriff's Office, fire crews responded to the home on Karen Drive after the resident, 28-year-old Frank Soberanis had called reporting chemical burns on his face and hands.

Upon arrival, fire crews reported possible drug possession and manufacturing in the home to YCSO. Deputies arrived and confirmed that Soberanis was involved in the manufacturing and sales of illicit drugs.

Deputies said marijuana, gas masks, packages of chemicals, pipes, scales, propane bottles and butane torches were in plain view throughout the home.

Detectives from Partner's Against Narcotics Trafficking (PANT) spoke with Soberanis while he was being treated and he declined to speak about allegations that he was operating a drug lab.

Detectives obtained a search warrant and found evidence of LSD, PCP and butane honey oil (oil from the cannabis plant). Detectives also found a ledger documenting narcotic sales and chemistry notes.

Soberanis was arrested on charges including manufacturing dangerous drugs, possessing chemicals to manufacture dangerous drugs and possession of drugs. PANT detectives are continuing the investigation.
