2 women, 2 boys transported to hospitals after crash in Phoenix

PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) -

Two women were seriously injured and two boys were in stable condition after a head-on collision Saturday evening in Phoenix, fire officials said.

Firefighters responded to a collision near 67th and Southern avenues, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.

A 30-year-old woman and a 36-year-old woman were transported to a hospital in serious condition, firefighters said.

A 3-year-old boy and a 7-year-old boy were transported to Phoenix Children's Hospital in stable condition.

The collision is being investigated by Phoenix Police Department.

No additional information was immediately available.
