COTTONWOOD, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) -

Yavapai County Sheriff's Office has arrested three suspects from a Cottonwood arson and burglary case from May 2013. A YCSO detective received tips about the suspects in July of this year.

The suspects are identified as 26-year-old William Stockwell from Cornville, 25-year-old Joshua Dawson from Cottonwood and 22-year-old Bradley Meyer also from Cottonwood.

According to YCSO detectives, the suspects knew that the residents of the home were out of town at the time of the arson and burglary. Detectives say Dawson had an ongoing conflict with the occupants related to drug sale favoritism.

The three suspects allegedly burglarized and burned down the home. One of the occupants of the home was in town and found the fire upon coming home at around 1 a.m.

All three suspects were charged with arson of an occupied structure, burglary, property damage and theft.
