Peoria firefighters will be part of a 20-person Type 3 All Hazards Incident Management Team assembled through the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management.

According to Tim Eiden of Peoria Fire-Medical, the team left Saturday evening for Jasper County, Texas, near the Texas and Louisiana border. The team will help run an emergency operations center for Jasper, Beaumont and Sabine counties.
