MAYER, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) -

The Yavapai County Sheriff's Office is searching for suspects in an arson that destroyed a home in the small community of Mayer, southeast of Prescott.

The Sheriff's Office says the fire started early Friday morning at the Creekside Lodge, just off of Highway 69.

Fire crews arrived shortly after 4:20am to find a double-wide trailer on fire.

Two adults escaped unhurt, but according to a GoFundMe page, set up by the victim's son, two dogs died in the fire.

He writes that his "mom lost everything in the fire" and that he is "trying to help her get back on her feet."

Investigators suspect arson as the cause and are asking the public for any tips leading to the arrest of a suspect.

They are especially interested in any vehicles seen around 4am Friday morning in the vicinity of Creekside Lodge.

Those vehicles could possibly be quads or ATVs.

Anyone with information is urged to call Yavapai Silent Witness at (800) 932-3232.

Callers to Silent Witness may be eligible for a cash reward if the tip leads to the arrest of a suspect.
