Helicopter used to get injured hiker off of Camelback Mountain

Rescuers used a helicopter to get an injured hiker off of Camelback Mountain on Monday morning.

The hiker, a 43-year-old man with a knee injury, was on the Cholla Trail on the east side of Camelback Mountain.

The man was able to walk to the helicopter.

He was not transported to a hospital.
