SEDONA, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) -

Authorities say the man's body recovered from the canyon floor below a Sedona-area bridge was a 20-year-old Arizona State University student, but the cause of death is undetermined.

Coconino County Sheriff's officials said Wednesday that the man has been identified as Ryan Donos of Phoenix.

He was last seen Sunday in the Flagstaff area visiting a friend at Northern Arizona University and was reported missing by his family Monday.

Hikers found the body Tuesday in the creek below Midgley Bridge.

Sheriff's officials say Donos was identified by information in his wallet.

Authorities say four people jumped to their deaths in 2015 from the historic steel-arch bridge along State Route 89A, about 1 1/2 miles north of Sedona.

But sheriff's officials say the condition of Donos' body doesn't show injuries typically associated with suicide jumps from Midgley Bridge.
