Woman accused of letting child blow into DUI interlock device

A Phoenix woman is accused of having her children blow into a DUI interlock device.
According to court documents, 48-year-old Kimberly Copeland was involved in an accident on Friday night near 24th St. and Southern Ave and kept driving.
She was finally stopped by police several miles away and allegedly had an odor of alcohol. Police say she admitted drinking alcohol and had blood alcohol content of .170, according to a Breathalyzer test.
Copeland was required to have an ignition interlock device due to a previous DUI.
Copeland had three children under the age of 15 in the car, and police say she admitted using one of them to use the interlock device in order to drive. She is facing multiple DUI related charges.
