PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) -

C & S Sporting Goods store off of North Seventh Street was the victim of a vandal who spray painted "EFX" on the hood of their work truck.

The good news is the vandal didn't have a clue he was on camera.

The sporting goods shop has been around for five years. Over that time, they've experienced several break-ins and even had a mannequin stolen in broad daylight.

However, they've never seen this kind of vandalism before. The suspect gets out of his car and tags the hood of the truck. He then pulls his small car in front and gets out again to take a picture of his handy work.

C & S owner Chad Carpenter says he was shocked to see that the vandal was a full grown man.

"I really expected to see some young kids. Then I saw some older gentleman and a nice little KIA SUV so that surprised me," he said.

The vandal didn't stop at the truck. He also tagged a dumpster across the street.

Carpenter says he's handed the video over to the police and hopes the guy is caught.

He's even offering a $500 reward for information. If you recognize the vandal, call Phoenix police.
