PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) -

The Phoenix Fire Department has revealed plans for the funeral services for Capt. Crystal Rezzonico.

She died on Saturday night after a seven-year battle with injuries suffered while on duty.

Firefighters said the services will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 28 at 10:30 a.m. at Christ Church of the Valley. It will be a line of duty death memorial service with full honors. The church is located at 7007 W. Happy Valley Road in Peoria.

A procession to Greenwood Memorial Lawn for interment ceremonies at 2300 W. Van Buren will immediately follow the funeral.

In August of 2009, Capt. Rezzonico was on the way to a call when her fire truck was hit.

She was thrown from the truck and suffered a severe traumatic brain injury, two broken legs and two broken shoulders.
