NEAR SCOTTSDALE (3TV/CBS 5) -

A 4-year-old boy is back with his family after Scottsdale police say he was kidnapped by a woman on Thursday.

Police believe that Tiffany Baginski, 30, lured the boy from his south Scottsdale apartment and then left with him.

On Thursday at around 2:50 p.m., officers responded to a "missing child" call an apartment near 66th Street and Avalon. That's just north of Thomas.

The grandmother of the little boy told police she was in the bathroom, sick, when she heard a female outside the apartment calling, "Come outside!" She said it "sounded like someone that wanted to play," according to the police report.

The grandma said she yelled out to the child not to leave the house, but when she emerged from the bathroom, the boy was gone.

Officers quickly locked down all of the streets in the neighborhood and began stopping and checking all vehicles attempting to leave the area.

At approximately 3:20 pm, a patrol officer located the victim child walking with Baginski in an alley behind a nearby the Circle K.

 Baginski was quickly arrested.

Police say Baginski told them that "she had seen the victim in the park before and that she wanted to take him for ice cream But both the mother and grandmother of the child say they do not know the suspect, and that the suspect did not have permission to enter their home or have contact with the victim.

The boy told police he went with Baginski to her house, and "saw her boyfriend and he was in bed," according to the police report. Police say that boyfriend is Guillermo Salinas.

During a police interview, the child told police "something happened" to his clothing and someone "had either touched or tickled him in the groin area." During a forensic exam, a nurse found that the boy had suffered some additional injuries.

Baginski faces a kidnapping charge. She is due back court February 16.
