Miso Marinade for black cod:
1 C Saikyo Miso
1 tbl yuzu juice
1 tble mirin
1 tbl sake
1 ts chili oil
Grilled Broccolinni, Shallot, Ginger, Sesame:

3 cloves garlic minced
1 shallot minced
1/4 rice wine vinegar
pinch of pickled ginger
grated fresh ginger
1/4 cup tamari
