PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) -

Police are trying to find a man who allegedly stared at a woman in a restroom stall at Arizona State University's downtown Phoenix campus Tuesday night.

According to the ASU Police Department, the man walked into the women's restroom on the ground floor of the University Center building at 8 p.m.

Police said he stood on a toilet and looked into an occupied adjacent stall. The man left after the woman noticed him looking into her stall.

A witness saw the suspect walking out of the building's west exit toward Central Avenue but he hasn't been caught.

The suspect is described as a black man in his early 30s, 5 feet 4 inches tall with a thin build. He was carrying a backpack and was wearing a white T-shirt, tan pants and white sneakers.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call ASU police at 480-965-3456.
