SCOTTSDALE, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) -

The numbers are in.

The Scottsdale Police Department has released the results of the “Know Your Limit" educational campaign at the Waste Management Phoenix Open.

In partnership with the Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety and staffing from law enforcement agencies from across the Valley, almost 10,000 WMPO attendees participated as they exited last week’s event.

The participants gained education and reinforcement on the effects of alcohol consumption and driving.

Scottsdale police say it was their most successful event to date.

Over the four days of the Open, police made contact with 9944 attendees.

Of them, 3,077 had a blood alcohol content higher than .08, and 834 had a BAC higher that .150.

Police say 195 people had a BAC over .200, and ten had a BAC higher that 300.

For those who had a BAC level above a .08, 222 of those asked said they would have driven.
