3 On Your Side went looking for Gordon Mitrovic and it's not the first time, either.

The last time we caught up with Mitrovic, he was working part time at a Valley computer shop and moonlighting out of his home.

3 On Your Side has discovered he doesn't work at that computer shop any more, but viewers say he's still up to his same ol' tricks.

We found him back in September when we aired a report on him, but when we confronted him, he literally hid behind a curtain after being question about the money and computers he allegedly took.

"Yeah, I don’t want to do this anymore," he told us.

In that report, several consumers complained they gave Mitrovic money and their computers so he could repair them. However, they say he kept their equipment and their money.

Now, viewers like Jose Velazquez tell 3 On Your Side that Mitrovic is at it again.

"He shot me a price, I liked the price and the next day I went to his house and dropped off my computers," Velazquez said.

Velazquez said he gave Mitrovic two computers to repair, along with $600.

But then, he started hearing excuses from Mitrovic.

"Then I saw your news report and that's when I really had that gut feeling like, 'Oh man! What did I just do! I just gave this guy $600 and my laptop and my desktop,'" Velazquez said.

Velazquez said he went back to Mitrovic's house and was able to get one computer back, which he says wasn't repaired.

But as for the second computer, and the $600, he said Mitrovic still has it and he hasn't been able to get it back.

"What he does to people, he seems like a con so if he's a con, he should be a convict, he should go to prison or something," Velazquez said.

We tried calling Mitrovic but when we never heard back, 3 On Your Side went to the house he rents.

We could hear someone talking inside, but no one ever came to the door.

However, after our visit, he called 3 On Your Side and promised to return some of the money and Velazquez's computer.

Mitrovic still hasn't made good on that promise.

"If he's going to be scamming people, he should go to prison just like any other con," Velazquez said.

If he does return the money and computer or if there’s a followup, we’ll let you know.
