Graffiti spray-painted on walls, vehicles in Surprise

SURPRISE, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) -

Police in Surprise were investigating graffiti vandalism Sunday morning.

Officers received several reports of damage in the 15200 block of Ventura Street and Hearn Road.

“An unidentified suspect or suspects used orange spray paint to damage several walls and vehicles in the area,” Surprise Police Sgt. Norm Owens said.

The culprit wrote several expletives and left behind the initials “KF.”

The damage occurred between midnight and 5:30 a.m.

Owens said several victims have successfully used WD-40 to remove the paint from their vehicles.
