Overnight Oats

Is there anything better than waking up and having breakfast already made?  What if you could wake up and have a delicious, healthy and filling meal ready without having to do a thing?  The answer here is two simple words...Overnight Oats!  Overnight oats are the perfect solution to those busy mornings when you don't have time to cook but you want a nutritious breakfast to start your day. 

White Chocolate Raspberry Overnight Oats
Breakfast
Prep 5 mins · Cook 6 hrs · Makes 6 · Source Good Thyme Kitchen ??
INGREDIENTS
•    1 1/2 C rolled oats 
•    2 ¼ C vanilla almond milk 
•    1/2 C fresh raspberries + more for serving 
•    1-2 tsp vanilla yogurt chips ornwhite chocolate chips 
•    1/2 tsp vanilla 
•    1 Tbsp honey + more for serving if desired 
•    1 Tbsp chia seeds 
•    pinch of kosher salt 
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredient together thoroughly. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
Add more milk the next day if needed to reach desired consistency

Coconut Raisin Chia Overnight Oats

Prep 5 mins · Cook 6 hrs · Makes 6 · Difficulty Easy · Source Good Thyme Kitchen ??
INGREDIENTS
•    1 1/2 C oats 
•    1/4 C Chia seeds 
•    2 ½ C unsweetend cashew milk or other nut milk of choice 
•    1/4 C coconut manna (can buy at sprouts, whole foods or amazon) 
•    2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes 
•    2 Tbsp pure maple syrup 
•    1 tsp vanilla 
•    1/2 tap ground cinnamon 
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredient together thoroughly. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
Add more milk the next if needed to reach desired consistency

Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats 
Breakfast
Prep 10 mins · Cook 6 hrs · Makes 4 · Source Good Thyme Kitchen??
INGREDIENTS
•    1 ½ C oats 
•    2 C cup milk ( we prefer almond milk) 
•    1 small apple, peeled, cored and chopped 
•    1 ½ tablespoons chia seeds 
•    1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon 
•    1 ½ tablespoon pure maple syrup 
•    pinch of salt 
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined, tightly cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours 
Add more milk the next day if needed to reach desired consistency

Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Breakfast
Prep 5 mins · Cook 6 hrs · Makes 4 · Source Good Thyme Kitchen ??
INGREDIENTS
•    1 1/2 C rolled oats 
•    2 ¼ C unsweetened cashew milk or other milk of choice 
•    1/4 C natural peanut butter 
•    2 Tbsp cocoa powder 
•    2 Tbsp maple syrup 
•    kosher salt to taste 
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl combine all ingredients together, thoroughly mixing in the cocoa powder. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight. 
Add more milk the next day if needed to reach desired consistency

Lemon Blueberry Overnight Oats
Breakfast
Prep 10 mins · Cook 6 hrs · Makes 4 · Source Good Thyme Kitchen??
INGREDIENTS
•    1 ½ cup oats 
•    2 cups milk (we prefer almond milk) 
•    1 ½ tablespoons chia seeds 
•    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 
•    1 ½ teaspoons lemon zest 
•    1 ½ tablespoons pure maple syrup 
•    ½ cup blueberries 
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. 
Add more milk the next day if needed to reach desired consistency
