One person is in critical condition after a stabbing at a Glendale Circle K.
It happened at 8:50 p.m. Sunday at the store at 43rd and Glendale avenues. When officers responded to the scene of the assault, they found the victim suffering from two stab wounds.
Officers learned from a witness that a man in a red four-door vehicle pulled up to the gas pump. A short time later a man in a black car parked at a nearby pump.
The witnesses said the suspect got out of the red car and without any verbal exchange, lunged at the other man and stabbed him. The suspect then got back into his car and drove off.
The victim was transported to the hospital and remains in critical condition.
The suspect is described as a white man, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds. He had light hair in a buzz cut and was wearing a light-color sweater with a picture of a female on the front.
The witness said the assault appeared random.
