SCOTTSDALE, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) -

Foodies in the Valley know Old Town Scottsdale has some of the best restaurants, but one menu item at Bourbon & Bones has everyone talking.

Bourbon & Bones is the newsiest boutique chophouse offering high-quality steaks and exceptional bourbons and wines.

The menu has everything you would think of from filet mignon to tomahawk steaks.

"So it's an 18-inch bone-in, 36-ounce, dry-aged for 90 days tomahawk steak," said Executive Chef Jay.

But there is another eye-catching item called the "Epic Cristal Dinner."

"It's a six-course meal for 12 people, and each course is paired with the perfect wine," said Eric Beer, wine director for Bourbon & Bones.

"We customized the dinner, working hand in hand with the clients for what they want. We can bring in fresh summer truffles, lobster and caviar," said Chef Jay.

The crown jewel of the dinner is the drink.

"This is the 2002 vintage of Cristal. It's a Jeroboam, which is a 3-liter bottle of Champagne," said Beer.

Designed by a French artist, each medallion bottle is handcrafted and covered in 24 karat gold.

"He wanted the neck of the bottle to mimic a female's neck and the gold to look like a necklace on her neck," said Beer.

Only 200 bottles were created and 25 exist in the U.S. Bourbon & Bones has two of them.

"The Champagne inside is mind-blowingly good," said Beer.

The price tag for an "Epic Cristal Dinner" and an experience you and your guests will never forget: $35,000.

"To create something like this and make it such a memorable night for guests, it's going to be a lot of fun," said Chef Jay.

Bourbon & Bones hasn't sold any Epic Cristal Dinners yet, but guests ask about it every night.

And once sold, 10 percent of each dinner will go to UMOM, a local homeless charity.
