Local Love; Thanksgiving at the Rooste

Rustler's Rooste has been in the Valley for 45 years, built by Ashley Allen's grandpa in 1971. And, after all these years, the iconic hilltop restaurant off of 1-10 is still family-owned and puts out a feast for Thanksgiving, from the whole turkey to the pies. We also get advice from the chef on how to carve the bird.

Everything but the bird: Ciabatta & chorizo stuffing

Why not try a new twist on an old favorite this Thanksgiving? Executive Chef Todd Allison from T Cook's at Royal Palms Resort & Spa shows us his take on the traditional turkey day staple.

Chef Todd Allison of T. Cook's, one of Arizona's most celebrated legacy restaurants for more than two decades (located at Royal Palms Resort and Spa) is here to talk about unique Thanksgiving ideas to spice up your Turkey-Day spread.

On Thanksgiving, Chef Todd says everyone wants to eat the comfort food their mother used to make, but he thinks you should amp things up to avoid the same boring meal year-after-year.

If you don't feel like cooking on Thanksgiving and want Chef Todd to do it for you, T. Cook's is offering two options including a holiday buffet and a prix-fix menu starting from $85/person. Reservations are required.
