Beat back pain with the MELT method

New York Times' bestselling author Sue Hitzmann shows us how to eliminate chronic pain, erase the signs of aging and feel fantastic in just 10 minutes a day.
Interest in self-care has spread worldwide as The MELT Method has sparked a pain-free revolution. Just 10 minutes of MELT three times a week helps reduce chronic pain and tension caused by the dehydration of the connective tissue that's created by repetitive, daily movements. The MELT Method helps eliminate this accumulated tension, which Hitzmann refers to as "stuck stress," by rehydrating the supportive tissue to help you stay youthful, active and healthy for a lifetime no matter your age, fitness level, or goals.

So far, the MELT Method has been translated into nine languages, and there are more than a thousand MELT instructors in sixteen countries worldwide. To find a MELT instructor near you, go to

Tow truck parade for Move Over Awareness

Expect to see a tow truck parade of over 100 trucks, driving west on I-10 through downtown Phoenix tomorrow. It's all a part of Move Over Awareness Day, which is Saturday, Oct 29th. The special day reminds folks of Arizona's Move Over law, requiring all drivers to move over one lane of traffic for any stationary vehicle with flashing lights. This includes first responders, tow trucks and stranded motorists. Violating this law carries a penalty of up to $250.
