Pork Ragu

2 lb. pork butt cubed
2 cups red wine
5 sprigs thyme
3/4 cup tomato paste
1 onion diced
1/2 cup garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to slow cooker, mix and cook for 4 hours on high.

Cookies 'n Cream Bread Pudding

14 oz croissants
3 cups heavy cream
2 sleeves Oreo cookies
1/2 cup sugar
8 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Add all ingredients to slow cooker, mix and cook for 3 1/2 hours on low.
