Mrs. Arizona losses 113 pounds and keeps it off

Christina Jordan went from being a diabetic and overweight teen, tipping the scales at 247 pounds, to a healthy and fit beauty queen. She is a Valley mother of three who beat her struggle with weight, losing 113 pounds and overcoming major health issues. Today, as a master nutritionist, fitness trainer and the new 2016-2017 Mrs. Arizona-USA, she wants to inspire, and help others conquer the scale.

She totally transformed her diet from one large meal a day of simple carbohydrates, sugars and soft drinks, to five to six healthy proportioned meals a day that included lean proteins, organic fruits and vegetables, healthy fats and water. She also started walking for 45 minutes every evening after dinner. By the end of her first month she was already down 37 pounds! Within nine months Christina shed an amazing 113 pounds and slimmed down from a size 22W to a size 4/6! In addition to weight loss, Christina saw incredible health benefits and all symptoms of diabetes, high blood pressure, and all other illnesses subsided.
In one year, Christina took control of her health and shed over 113 pounds and 16 dress sizes. Her weight loss transformation was so dramatic that even her own family members did not recognize her. She has now kept the weight off for nearly 10 years and has easily maintained her weight with her healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Motivated by her own struggle with her weight, Christina has gone onto earn her Masters in Nutrition and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine I order to help others in their weight loss journey. Christina is carrying out her vision of transforming lives by working with her clients at her thriving weight loss practice, Fit Body Weight Loss, located in Gilbert, Arizona
