Trampoline Injuries

A recent study claiming trampoline accidents are increasing didn't look at all the data- numbers went up because the number of parks across the country also went up!!!  From 25 to 350!

Jumpstreet gets 1.8M visitors a year in its 16 locations across the country.  For every 10K visitors there is LESS than 1 injury per 10K people!  Compared to a football study of 38.7 injuries per 10K participants.

Trampoline parks ARE safer due to safeguards and proper monitoring BUT the customers or jumpers have to know what to do in order to stay injury-free.

Tips:  JUMP WITHIN YOUR ABILITIES! (Don’t do tricks you've never done.  NEVER do flips if you've never been trained to do.)

Be aware of other jumpers around you.  You can control yourself but no one can control someone's last minute decision to do something unsafe.

Report any unsafe behaviors to a monitor, if our monitor already hasn't spotted it out.

Hydrate, condition yourself, and stretch and ease into the jumping and TAKE breaks!
