* Detox benefits are varied and significant.

What are the main benefits of a detox?

How to detox safely

* A safe detox should be one that is well nourished so that your body can adequately fuel through both phases of liver detoxification and ensure your body remains energized to take on your days!

* A well planned detox should include wholesome foods, quality proteins, adequate fluid intake from mostly water, daily activity to support the detoxification process, and the removal of many foods and behaviors that might promote inflammation in your body, it's about more than food for sure!
