Motivational Monday: Deezel Gym

It's Motivational Monday! And we are checking out a new concept in working out which just opened to the Valley last weekend. It's Deezel Gym in Tempe where you can get personal training on the gym floor and then personal training inside their demo kitchen....because what you do at home after you leave the gym, is just as important as what you do inside the gym.

What is unique is this is a personal training only facility and not open to the public. It is truly family oriented and supportive of all lifestyles. We have a full size indoor kitchen in the gym with informational breakdowns of different foods on all the cabinets to show people how to eat healthy, and that healthy eating can actually taste good.

For the entire month of January for every session sold at an incredible low price of $25 per session 20% of all proceeds are going to Special Olympics as our entire team supports and volunteers each year.

How to make yourself FIRE proof on your job.

Author Larry Winget, gives tips on how be a better employee with your boss.

To be a better employee:

-Be known as the person who gets things done.
-When you give your word, keep it.
-Be on time.  Don't take breaks that are too long.
-Respect your boss, your coworkers and the place that pays you.  (This a HUGE one and I have lots to say about this one!!!)
-Remember that you work there and they pay you so they have every right to say what you do, when you do it and how you do it.  When you are the boss and it's your company you can do the same.
-Don't steal. Meaning don't do personal business on the company clock. You aren't paid to handle your own business.
