(3 ON YOUR SIDE) -

Dora Rupp is just one viewer who says she never would have gotten her money back if not for 3 On Your Side. Rupp is a first-time homebuyer and was working with a guy named Harold Fajardo Tadic, who also goes by Harold Fajardo.

Tadic claimed to be a mortgage lender for a company called the International Commercial Firm. According to Rupp, she gave the so-called lender more than $6,725 for a down payment. However, she said that all he did was keep her money and she never did get the house she wanted.

So, 3 On Your Side went looking for Tadic and hit several different addresses connected to his name and company. One of those addresses was his business address, but when we went there the International Commercial Firm was nowhere to be found.

However, after hearing we were looking for him, Tadic immediately returned $6,725 to Rupp. Rupp said she had been looking to get her money back for six months but it took 3 On Your Side to make it happen.

"I thank you guys very much for helping me. I'm very satisfied and very pleased, so congratulations for 3 On My Side for helping me," she said.

3 On Your Side also helped out Celine Brito. The Social Security Administration had deposited her disability check on to a debit card, and she needed to access it. However, when she used the card at a Wells Fargo ATM to withdraw cash, it deducted $660 from her Social Security account, but the machine never dispensed the cash.

Brito said she needed the money to pay her rent in order to avoid being evicted. However, Wells Fargo told her it would take up to 45 days to find out why the ATM kept her cash but deducted it from her account.

After 3 On Your Side got involved, though, Wells Fargo immediately gave Brito a cashier's check for $660, no questions asked. As a result, Brito and her children were never evicted.

"I cried all night and prayed that this was going to happen. My baby asked me, 'Mama, are we going to lose our home?'  And I said, 'Don't worry, let me worry about that.' And then I got that call, and I was just like, 'Wow, thank you'" Brito said.

Finally, 3 On Your Side was able to help out Shannon Royal. She had purchased tickets to a WWE match for her son's 12th birthday and plopped down nearly $200 for the event by going through an Internet company called OnlineCityTickets.com. However, when they tried to get into the wrestling match they were told the tickets were invalid, and they were turned away at the door.

Royal said OnlineCityTickets.com refused to refund her money but after 3 On Your Side got involved her account was promptly credited and she got all her money back.

Royal said she owes it all to 3 On Your Side.

"I had planned this event for months in advance. I was furious with the way these people handled this event. They didn't bring any resolution, they didn't bring any real customer service," Royal said.

When you add up all the money 3 On Your Side helped get back for viewers for the month of November, it comes to $8,114. That brings our year total to just over $94,189.
