Save time by purchasing a pre-decorated Christmas Tree benefitting Phoenix Children's Hospital

In its fifth year, the Festival of Trees, PCH's signature holiday fundraiser, is back in the Neiman Marcus wing of Scottsdale Fashion Square from November 23 through December 1.

Using nine-foot tall trees as blank canvases, generously donated by Ace Hardware, the best of the Valley's interior designers spend weeks creating completely unique and festive works of art for the public to bid on for display in their home or business.

Trees will feature artistic holiday decor as well as some with completely original themes including Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Marvel Comics and an all-wood Burning Man-inspired tree, which are sure to spark a bidding war amongst the biggest fans.

Bidding for the trees begins at $1,500 with many expected to sell for more than $5,000.

For those looking to support the hospital on a smaller scale, Scottsdale Fashion Square retailers are decorating wreaths to be put up for auction at the kickoff event, November 23 at 6pm. Themed wreaths from the likes of Z Gallerie, Victoria's Secret, Industrial Rideshop and Godiva, to name a few, will be suitable for display throughout the holidays but also contain merchandise and/or gift cards to enhance the value of each wreath.

Limited-edition ornaments designed by PHX Architecture will also be available for sale throughout the event with all proceeds going to PCH as well.

Clean Bellys

Executive Chef Lauren Romanoff, fitness expert Dave Panozzo and entrepreneur Todd Chmelka, have turned their mutual love for incredibly tasty and healthy eating into a new meal delivery service called Clean Bellys. Clean Bellys currently delivers in East Valley cities, Scottsdale and Phoenix with plans to expand into the West Valley cities in 2016.
Chef Lauren Romanoff from Clean Bellys can offer some helpful tips for eating healthy during the holidays.
5 healthy eating tips for the holidays:

- It's the holidays so enjoy yourself but remember "everything in moderation." Try and avoid going back up for seconds and instead of trying every single dessert, limit yourself to one small piece. Also, don't load your plate up with so much food that you feel the "need" to eat everything on your plate even though you are full (this also avoids wasting food that you are unable to finish)

- Drink a lot water. Not only is this important at all times but it also fills you up so you aren't filling yourself up with "empty" calories.

- Don't go hungry to a holiday party. This leads to eating whatever you can get your hands on without any care in the world. Try and have something small and healthy before you go, such as a small salad.

- When preparing holiday meals, try to incorporate more vegetable dishes and less heavy starch dishes that are loaded with calories, fat and carbohydrates.

- When making dessert for a holiday party, try and make "bite size" desserts so you can have a taste of a few things but aren't eating multiple whole pieces of pie and cake. Also, make sure to include healthy alternatives as well such as a fruit platter.

Clean Bellys online ordering system allows users to order a specific meal plan that works with their budget and needs. They offer a variety of different five day weekly packages, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks that people can choose from in order to accommodate different and busy lifestyles. Each Clean Bellys' meal is served in a disposable plastic serving dish and delivered fresh to customers' doorsteps.

Additionally, Clean Bellys offers weekday family entree meal plans for busy families on the go who want to ensure they have nutritious options in the refrigerator ready to heat and serve.
