(3 ON YOUR SIDE) -

A Scottsdale woman says she is pretty frustrated in her battle with a well-known retailer.

"It’s frustrating, very," Sandy Tisnado said. Tisnado remains angry and disappointed with the retail giant Target.

In a previous report, Tisnado explained how she signed up with Target's Baby Registry so family and friends could buy needed baby gifts.

"Just the basically the big stuff that got purchased which was the items we really wanted," she said.

However, the stuff that was paid for by friends and relatives she says never arrived.

According to Tisnado, she's been fighting Target for more than a year now to do something about the missing baby items but she says she gets nowhere.

3 On Your Side got involved and a spokesman indicated in an email that, "We never want our guests to be disappointed."

Target also said it would work with Sandy to resolve the issue.

But Tisnado says all Target did was demand that she contact her family and friends so they can produce receipts proving the purchases.

"It’s a registry, they should have like a code on their end that says who purchased it and where and that shouldn't be my job," Tisnado said.

Tisnado did show 3 On Your Side a registry confirmation indicating baby items had been purchased but after more than a year she doesn't have any more documentation than that.

In another email to 3 On Your Side a Target spokesman wrote, "Best of luck closing out your story" which was odd because 3 On Your Side was hoping Target would be doing that.

For Tisnado, she can't believe it. She now has another child on the way, and sure could use those missing baby items.

"Makes me mad, makes me very mad because these items families purchased and put money out for and we haven't received them," she said.

Target says it won't any give any further updates to 3 On Your Side but if there's a resolution we'll let you know.
