Women who don't know whether they want to be moms, or who are focused on career, worry that it might be too late to have biological children by the time they figure it all out... It's a topic Tyra Banks has talked about recently as she faces struggles right now in expanding her family. In a new book called Motherhood Rescheduled, Sarah Elizabeth Banks discusses how you can have it all, she explores reproductive science, and why she's glad she froze her eggs.
Sarah Elizabeth Banks and Dr. John Couvaras, Board Certified Reproductive Endocrinologis, will be at the Arizona Historical Society at Papago Park for Egg Freezing Event and Speaker series, tonight at 6pm.

Millenials, often bounce around the job market, take time off to raise kids and put retirement on the back burner. Some millennials may have as many as 20 employers before they retire. Seeing their parents burned by the stock market, they may have a stagnant 401k from an old job or have yet to vest or invest. Nancy Tengler of Arizona Bank & Trust and author of The Women's Guide to Successful Investing is here to tell you why millennials and the markets need to make-up and move-on.
It sounds simple, but roll over your 401K into an IRA you'll actually gain more investment options then your previous company's 401K and the conversion is free.
If you get a new job, make sure your company is matching the 401K and contribute to it. Don't forget about that IRA either. If you are able to contribute to put aside extra money contribute to that, too.
Investing in stocks is another options and I will give some of my coined "Intelligent Investment Rules"
Be Mostly Right Intelligent Investment Rule #1:
Having any investment discipline is better than having no discipline at all; once your investment strategy is established, never deviate. (But if you fall off the wagon, don't give up, get right back on and stay the course.)
Finish, but don't race to the finish - Intelligent Investment Rule #2:
Don't run with the fast crowd: Establish a discipline that meets your objectives. Never chase total return and never, never, never buy a stock in a company you do not understand or does not meet your risk and investing objectives.
Buy great companies at a bargain price - Intelligent Investment Rule #10:
Stocks to own for a lifetime should be the stocks of great companies that are industry and brand leaders with a track record of sound, ethical management. The survivors, who dominate their industry. Build a portfolio of great companies across economic sectors for your lifetime holdings.
Buy stock like you buy toilet paper - Intelligent Investment Bonus Rule (not roll): Focus on price and yield.

H&M Fall Fashions
It's beginning to feel like fall this week with cooler temps arriving, and soon enough Arizonans will be debuting their stylish scarves, booties, hats and other fall fashions.
In Arizona, we like to celebrate the fall season just like Chicago, New York and San Francisco. We're entitled to wear those in-style fall fashions, too, right?
Thankfully H&M is striking once again, by opening its newest location in at Tempe Marketplace and today is the grand opening day.
It's a good thing H&M offers the hottest trends that won't have you breaking the bank. The highly-anticipated 20,240-square-foot H&M store features the latest fall looks ranging from updated classics and basics to styles that reflect today's international trends in clothing and accessories for women, men, teens and children. And don't forget, H&M also offers sportswear, underwear and footwear.
The grand opening will be a celebration for everyone. Beginning at Noon today, Thursday, Oct. 8, customers will have the chance to celebrate the opening of the new store with an array of fun giveaways, goodies, specials, DJ music and more, so be sure to arrive early.
Don't let fashion go to waste! Bring in a bag of unwanted clothes before the grand opening and enter to win a gift card valued up to $250, as part of the retailer's commitment to sustainability.
Year-round, H&M runs its "Together We Can Close the Loop" campaign by encouraging shoppers to bring in a bag of unwanted clothing to receive a coupon for 15% of their next purchase. H&M also works hard to ensure that all of its products are made under good working conditions, and with the least possible impact on the environment.
