Essential Oils:Which ones to use?
Use the spice-y, stress-relieving scent of Coriander Oil -
Infuse the air with the refreshingly, uplifting scent of Coriander Oil. The warming oil helps to melt away stress and tension. Combines its sweet, spicy, slight woody aroma with citrus and spice oils.
Lavender is the perfect essential oil to calm insomnia anxiety, deepen sleep quality.
The classic floral scent of Lavender gently soothes stress and tension. Enjoy its delicate aroma in sachets; sleep pillows, simmer pots, calming baths, skin care blends and more! Lavender's slightly herbal-woodsy overtone blends well with citrus & floral oils
Juniper Berry Oil- The aromatic berries of the Juniper tree yields an essential oil a pine-like, fresh, woodsy scent. The legendary purifying oil imparts a rejuvenating aroma that refreshes and revives, especially if mentally exhausted.
Peppermint Oil - The penetrating minty aroma awakens the mind, revitalizes the body and refreshes the spirit. Add a few drops of the cooling essence to baths; massage oils, rejuvenating room sprays and more!
Spearmint oil is used much like Peppermint oil, but has milder properties and a sweeter fragrance. Recharge and refresh after a hectic day with the sweet, minty-herbal scent of Spearmint Oil. Add a few drops to a bath or massage oil to cool the body, and revive the senses. It blends well with Eucalyptus, Lavender and Rosemary oils.

Joe Mizzi of office team gives pointers on how to handle an office bully.
How to handle an office bully:
-Take a stand. Avoid being an easy target.
-Talk it out. Have a one-on-one discussion with the bully, providing examples of behaviors that made you feel uncomfortable.
-Keep your cool. As tempting as it is to go tit-for-tat, don't stoop to the bully's level.
