HI FI Milkshakes
Milkshakes are the perfect frozen treat to cool down during the heat of summer.  However, they are no longer only for kids.  Hi Fi Kitchen & Cocktails features handspun adult milkshakes including the Creamsicle, Irish Car Bomb, Wake Up Call and more. It is the perfect treat to cool down this summer.  Plus, Hi Fi has an extensive menu of tasty appetizers, salads, burgers and sandwiches.

a.    Reuben Sliders
i.    Ingredients include: 6 oz sliced pastrami, 3 oz red/green cabbage, 1 oz coleslaw dressing, 1 oz 1000 island dressing 3 slider pretzel buns
ii.    Coleslaw dressing includes 1 oz mayonnaise, 1 oz red wine vinegar, 1 oz sugar, salk and pepper to taste, mix together
iii.    1000 island dressing includes ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoon ketchup, 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish, mix together
b.    Asian Style Chicken Wings
i.    Ingredients include ¼ cup of shoyu, ¼ cup of water, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic, ¼ teaspoon chili flakes, 1 teaspoon green onions, ½ teaspoon sesame oil, 2 ½ tablespoon sugar, 2 ½ tablespoon brown sugar
ii.    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and sprinkle wings with salt and pepper and place on baking sheet
iii.    Place into oven until crispy, around 20 to 25 minutes, remove from the oven and cool, In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients for the sauce, Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 8 minutes. Tighten up sauce with slurry till slightly thickened, Remove from the heat, Heat a large, heavy-based pot with 3 to 4 inches of canola oil to 350 degrees F for deep frying. Place wings in oil for about 7 minutes or 165 degree Toss the wings with the glaze,finish with green onions and sesame seeds for garnish and serve.
