How to Make and Freeze Homemade "Uncrustables" -Classic PB&J (or use sunflower seed butter or cream cheese if you want/need to go nut-free.) -Jelly (or use honey instead) -Bread (or waffles and pancakes)
Directions 1. Spread peanut butter and jelly onto your choice of bread and try not to spread the filling all the way to the edges. 2. Cut crust from bread (save to make croutons or stuffing for another day). 3. Seal bread together by using a fork and pressing down the edges to seal the sandwich. 4. Last, wrap the finished sandwiches in foil or small freezer safe baggies and transfer them to a labeled, freezer-safe container or bag.
