Tilted Kilt presents the pizza cookie

It seems to be on every menu these day: the pizza cookie.  It's a partially-baked gooey chocolate chip cookie served hot from the oven and topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup and whipped cream.

We got a lesson on how to make it from Tilted Kilt. The restaurant calls it the "Tilted Guilt!" We also check out the Chocolate Brownie Guilta brownie.

Tilted Guilt
Cookie Dough 1 ea Chocolate Chip or Macadamia
Vanilla Ice Cream 4 oz-wt Nut
Chocolate Syrup ½ oz-wt
Powdered Sugar 1 tsp
PROCEDURE
1. Place Cookie Dough in small bowl and bake until ¾ done.
2. Remove bowl from oven and place over small bowl for safety.
3. Add a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream in center of Cookie Dough.
4. Drizzle Chocolate Syrup over Ice Cream.
5. Dust with Powdered Sugar.
*cooking time and temperature will vary depending on oven type.
Chocolate Brownie Guilt
Chocolate Brownie 3 slice
Vanilla Ice Cream 4 oz-fl
Monin Caramel Sauce 1 oz-fl
Powdered Sugar 1 tsp
PROCEDURE
1. Cut Chocolate Brownie in 45° angle.
2. Place Brownie in the microwave oven for 30 to 45 seconds or until soft.
3. Add Vanilla Ice Cream in the center of a small bowl.
4. Arrange Chocolate Brownie @10, 12 and 2 O' clock position of small bowl.
5. Drizzle with Caramel Sauce.
6. Garnish with Powdered Sugar.
