Flower Child Yoga
Flower Child in Scottsdale will be hosting a charity yoga class. Class will be led by Flower Child ambassadors and yoga instructors Anton Holmes Mackey and Beau Ash. They are asking for a $20 donation for the class. All of the proceeds will be donated to Feed the Soul, which benefits No Kid Hungry. Class begins at 7 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, and they ask you bring your own mat. Space is limited so you are asked to RSVP at 480-240-4400.

Jr. Cards Cheer
The Arizona Cardinals Junior Cheerleader Program is accepting applicants to perform at the halftime show with the Cardinal Cheerleaders at the Cardinal-Chargers preseason game on Saturday, Aug. 22, at the University Of Phoenix Stadium. The Cardinals Junior Cheerleader program is for young girls, ages 5 to 14. Prior to the game all applicants must participate in three rehearsals:

The rehearsals will take place on Sunday, Aug. 9, at the team's Tempe Training Facility, Sunday, Aug. 16, at the Tempe Training Facility, and Friday, Aug. 21, at University of Phoenix Stadium. Each of the rehearsals will focus on choreography for the halftime show plus basic cheerleading and dance techniques.

Registration fee for this program is $160 per participant. The participants will receive an official Cardinals Junior Cheerleading outfit, game day poms, a DVD of the halftime performance and an autograph Cardinal Cheerleader team poster.
