2 oz rum, blend for complexity

1 oz fresh pineapple juice

.75 oz perfect puree coconut

.5 oz lime

Windsor Mai Tai, No. 19:

1 oz Thai Tea infused rum

.5 oz Aged rum

.5 oz Luxardo Amaretto

1 oz Lime

.5 oz Vanilla-Demerara syrup

.25 oz Orgeat

Barspoon Grand Marnier

Dash Bitters

Gin and Tonic:

2 oz Gin of choice

4 oz Fever Tree Tonic

Selection of herbs, spices, fresh fruit for garnish
