SUZANNE'S NEIMAN MARCUS DIP:


Ingredients:

-8 slices center cut bacon.. cooked crisp and crumbled

-4 green onions slices

-2 cups (or one bag) of shredded chedder cheese

-1 1/2 cups mayonnaise


Instructions:

1. Combine the bacon, onions, cheese and mayo together in a bowl


Cover and chill before serving with crackers.

Enjoy!


KYLE'S EASY CREAM CHEESE PESTO DIP

YOU WILL NEED:

2 – 8 oz.  PACKAGES OF CREAM CHEESE

1 -  7oz. TUB OF PESTO

1  - BAGUETTE

Step 1: Spread both packages of cream cheese on the bottom of a pyrex glass pan. 

Step 2:  Now spread pesto on top of cream cheese

Step 3: Place in oven on BROIL for appox. 5-10 minutes or until top is bubbly and sizzling delicious sounds.  While dip is in oven cut baguette and plate

Step 4: ENJOY YOUR TREAT!

MARLENE'S PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED ASPARAGUS

Ingredients:

asparagus spears cleaned and trimmed

10 slices of very cold proscuitto

toasted slivered almonds or pine nuts

freshly grated parmesan cheese if desired

Method:

Beginning at the stem and working your way up, wrap 2-3 asparagus spears (depending on thickness) with one slice of proscuitto

Arrange the wrapped asparagus on a baking dish without crowding

Season with salt and pepper

Broil on high for 5 minutes or until the proscuitto is crispy

Remove from oven and top with the nuts and the cheese

Serve immediately
